Market share manager Tim Hutchence becomes commercial manager, reporting to head of music, Gary Rolfe. To support Hutchence, Martin Simpson will move into the role of commercial buyer.
In addition, Pat Howe, who has worked in the product department for six years, becomes Ireland manager, reporting to product manager, music, Melanie Armstrong. Ireland rock and pop buyer Tim Ellis will report to Howe.
All changes are with immediate effect.
