Secondary ticket market on route to 'increased transparency' after Consumer Rights Bill amendment

A new clause to the Consumer Rights Bill aims to increase transparency in the event ticket resale market.
 
Passed on Thursday in the House of Lords, the provisions will mean that touts selling their tickets through internet platforms like Seatwave and Viagogo will have to prominently disclose key facts to potential customers.
