Former Warner Music Entertainment president Conrad Withey has set a bold mission to ‘reinvent A&R’ at his YouTube and social network focused entertainment company Instrumental, which rebranded from PopShack last week.

Instrumental focuses on the discovery and development of artists who are “digital natives”, emerging in the social media space and has developed a talent network that reaches over 50 million 13-24-year-olds each month.
