iTunes users spend around $40 a year according to new analysis.
A new Asymco report, which gathers data on the latest quarter of Apple’s platform, says that iTunes' top line grew by 32% while quarterly revenues saw a new high topping $4 billion.
While content revenues went from $2.1bn to $2.4bn, Apple software along with services, licensing and ‘other income’ contributed to the overall $4bn high.
