The story of American guitarist Jason Becker and his struggle with degenerative disease ALS is to be released on film on November 16.
Jason Becker: Not Dead Yet charts the life of the musician - from his early years learning guitar, to playing in David Lee Roth’s band, to the diagnosis, and to where he is now - twenty years later.
With the help of his family and friends, Becker now communicates and makes music using his eyes to guide a cursor and create in his mind (and on computer) the music he used to play.
The film is to be released via film distribution company Dogwoof. Screening listings can be found here.
