Universal Publishing boss Jody Gerson has moved to quash ‘misleading’ comments from ‘self-interested parties’ on the issue of consent decree reform and direct performance rights licensing.
In an internal memo, Gerson reassured UMPG clients that the company remains transparent and driven by their best interests as it enters a world of direct performance rights licensing.
