PRS for Music appointed its new Public Affairs manager, John Mottram.

Mottram was previously head of International Broadcasting and Radio at the Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) leading the Government’s media objectives and closely working with senior officials across Whitehall and in Europe on policy for media industries.
