Adele manager Jonathan Dickins has warned against the culture of fear that major labels operate under today.
Speaking to fellow artist manager Jeff Jampol at Web Summit in Dublin yesterday, Dickins spoke about the importance of avoiding a saturation point with an artist, in an age when “content is everywhere”. He suggested that such a strategy is often at odds with the way major labels work.
