Independent entertainment studio IM Global, a subsidiary of Indian conglomerate Reliance ADA, and music publishing and global music rights management services company, Kobalt, have announced a co-financing and administrative partnership.

The agreement covers publishing as well as distribution and marketing services. Kobalt will provide for IM Global Music soundtrack releases both domestically and internationally on IM Global’s film and television projects.
