Last.fm have predicted, based on listener data, that Alt-J should walk away with the 2012 Barclaycard Mercury Prize title and the £20,000 winnings this evening.

The digital radio service has been measuring data from the 12 finalists - their scrobbles, their listeners, the average plays per day and how often each listener plays the album - from across more than 600 digital music platforms.
