Music discovery service Last.fm is launching a new music player that will stream music from YouTube and Vevo as it announces plans to shut down its subscription streaming radio platform.
The current service will close on April 28, leaving the company to focus on “scrobbling, music discovery, and recommendations.”
iOS users can still download the Scrobbler app and build Last.fm powered playlists from music in the device’s library. Speakers or stereos that support Bluetooth can also link to iOS devices.
