The young Labour MP, who was voted into power just a few months ago following a by-election, wants to grill local based venue owners and promoters about the challenges facing music in Leicester and the surrounding county.

Those invited include Live Nation COO Paul Latham, De Montford Hall operations manager Brian Lisowy, Summer Sundae Weekender assistant to director Stephanie Clive, the Auditorium's owner Tim Sturgess and Andy Wright from the Leicester Alliance of Music Promoters.
