Live Music Bill passes Committee Stage - and now LGA are on board

The LGA had previously raised concerns about how the bill would impact on local residents, but have made a U-turn following some important amendments.

However, the group continues to be wary over the prospect of the smallest venues hosting live music and letting audiences bring their own alcohol - taking advantage of what it sees as a potential licensing loophole.
