Live Nation EU arena count to hit 5000 - report
Live Nation is expected to announce a 29% increase in the arenas that show its acts across Europe to include 5000 venues, as well as upping its EU stadium count from 30 to 69.
That’s according to the Financial Times, which says that the promoter is due to announce Bruce Springsteen as headliner for the Hard Rock Calling festival, which has been moved from London’s Hyde Park to the Olympic Park for 2013.
