Live Nation in talks to acquire Lollapalooza promoter C3 Presents
Ticketing and concert giant Live Nation is in early stage talks to acquire a majority stake in C3 Presents.
C3 Presents is the United State’s largest independent promoter.
The company’s portfolio includes Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits.
According to The New York Times’ sources, the prospective deal would give Live Nation a 51% stake in C3 Presents., with C3 valued at around $250 million (£155m).
