Live Nation enjoyed a record third quarter, with revenue rising 10% to $2.76 billion, exceeding analysts' estimates of $2.44bn. 

Adjusted operating income (AOI) was up 8% as more than 24 million fans attended the promoter's shows during the third quarter, traditionally the busiest period of the year.
