Live Nation predicts record year, sees 9% revenue rise in Q3

Live Nation Entertainment is expecting record sales this year. Its third quarter revenue rose by 9% according to the company's Q3 financial results published on October 30.

Adjusted operating income was up by 17%, at $258.1m while free cash flow for the third quarter was up by 19%.

The company’s revenue was $2.5bn in Q3, up from $2.3bn in Q3 2013 with its share price rising 49 cents, up from 22 cents in Q3 13.
