Live Nation Sweden has acquired a majority stake in EDM festival and concert promoter Stureplansgruppen Live (SPG Live).

The deal is part of Live Nation Entertainment’s expansion within the EDM sector and will also serve as the platform for the company's growth in the Nordic region.
