Lloyd Webber hits out at English Baccalaureate

Andrew Lloyd Webber has added his voice to criticisms about a UK Government decision to leave arts and culture out of the proposed Emglish Baccalaureate exam system.

In the House of Lords the composer suggested that while the UK Government might not understand the significance of the creative arts and their importance to the UK economy the Chinese did.
