Live Nation's net loss more than doubled in 2014

Live Nation's net loss more than doubled in 2014 to $186.5 million, up from $82m in the previous 12 months - despite revenue rising 6% to $6.87 billion. 

Billboard reports the company's operating income fell from $139.7m to $7.2m, mainly due to a goodwill impairment of £117m in its concerts division and $18m in its artist management arm, Artist Nation.
