The release date for the new Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars track, Uptown Funk, has been brought forward by a month after a cover by X Factor contestant Fleur East topped the iTunes chart.

Originally set for January 11, it was instead made available to buy last night and is now sitting at No.1 on the iTunes singles chart.
