Biffy Clyro are spectacularly heading for their first UK chart-topping album with Opposites taking just three days to match the entire opening week sales of predecessor Only Revolutions.
The newly-issued 14th Floor/Warner Bros album had sold 43,577 copies up to the end of trading on Tuesday, according to the Official Charts Company, more than the combined sales of the four artist album titles immediately below it.
