Minder Music settles copyright dispute with Ariana Grande
Minder Music has settled it’s copyright infringement action against Ariana Grande and others.
The action was commenced in relation to the alleged infringement by Grande of Minder’s composition Troglodyte originally recorded by The Jimmy Castor Bunch.
The action alleged that Grande interpolated elements of Troglodyte into her recording The Way.
The Way was a No.1 single in the US in 2013 and was included on the artist's platinum-selling album Yours Truly.
