Launching in Australia in 1999, Tim McGee first built Ministry of Sound’s business off the back of the label’s compilation series. Recent years have seen it rapidly expand into a full service music hub, with nearly 40 staff working across recordings, management, licensing, touring, events, publishing and video production.
