Ministry of Sound invests in TickX

Ministry of Sound has invested in ticketing aggregation service TickX.

The company has taken a significant stake in the start-up, which launched in beta in December last year. TickX compares prices for 15 ticketing outlets and over 36,000 events and has been given a post-money evaluation of £1 million. 

So far, TickX has received £175,000 in funding, with MoS as the lead investor and including funding from The Highlands and Island Enterprise.
