MOG founder sues Beats over unfair dismissal

MOG founder David Hyman has reportedly sued Beats Electronics for more than $20 million over unfair dismissal.

Hyman claims that he was fired from the company in 2012 to avoid an equity payout worth 2.5%. The payout was part of an incentive plan based on the duration of his employment, according to Billboard.
