Monkeys and Rascal head for top slots

Humbug (Domino), the Monkeys' third album, sold more than 40,000 copies yesterday (Monday) on its first day of release, a total enough to earn it a number one placing last week. It looks certain to top the charts this Sunday, with its nearest competitor - Calvin Harris's Ready For The Weekend (Columbia) - shifting just under 8,000 units yesterday.

Meanwhile, Dizzee Rascal looks a good bet to secure his third number one single in a row, with Holiday (Dirtee Stank) ...
