Progressed is released on June 13 by the Universal label. The two-disc set features the band's recent Progress album and a separate disc with eight new songs.
It includes new single Love, Love, recorded for X-Men: First Class.
The new album will be released halfway through the band's Progress Live tour, which will see them play to 1.6m people over a series of stadium dates.
The tour kicks off on May 27 and Music Week will next week offer a unique insight into the rehearsals for the live dates.
Progress is Take That's sixth studio album - and their first since reuniting with Robbie Williams. It was originally release in November 2010 and has sold more than 2m copies in the UK.
Polydor senior marketing manager Emma Powell said, "With two million copies of Progress sold in the UK alone it is amazing the band have delivered eight new songs for the fanbase. It is a great package for the fans."
She added that a new Take That App for iPhones, iPads and Android was also being launched to coincide with the tour, featuring exclusive behind the scenes footage of the band to follow the previous Progress App, which has had more than 300,000 downloads.
