MPG's Levine: majors must come good on A&R promises

Music Producers’ Guild CEO Steve Levine has called on major labels to up their investment in A&R in 2013.

Levine, who has produced albums for Culture Club, the Beach Boys and Ziggy Marley, made the public request as part of his answers to a Music Week questionnaire over industry hopes and fears for 2013.
