Music Messenger, an app which allows users to send music for free to each other, has raised $30 million from private investors including a string of artists.
David Guetta (pictured), Will.i.am and Avicii have all backed the start-up, along with Nick Minaj's manager Gee Roberson and Abba's Benny Andersson.
Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich is also said to have invested $15m.
