Music names star in New Year Honours
Several musicians and music industry names have been given awards in the New Year Honours list.
As well as Universal Music UK & Ireland chairman/CEO David Joseph’s CBE, PRS For Music’s Paulette Long picks up an OBE for services to the music industry. Long is a board trustee for the PRS For Music Members Benevolent Fund, vice chair of the PRS For Music Foundation’s board of directors and a director of the Alliance For Diversity In Music & Media.
