Islington music venue, Union Chapel, faces threat of closure due to housing development plans proposed by the borough’s council.
A statement on the venue’s website read: “We're worried that a major new proposed housing development situated at the back of Union Chapel will threaten our operations as an award-winning music venue, rehearsal space and homeless centre.”
