Music Week Presents: Alvvays

Alvvays are a dream-pop quintet from Canada who take inspiration from bands such as Teenage Fanclub, The Vaselines and Belle & Sebastian then spruce it up with their own mix of unique attitude and fantasy.

Each track on their self-titled debut full-length is a framework of Molly Rankin's (lead vocals/guitar) melancholic rhythms and delicate yet fastened voice accompanied by meticulous arrangements and needlepoint guitars.
