Music Week Presents: New City Kings
New City Kings’ debut single Swords & Cannonballs has already clocked up close to 40,000 views on the band’s Vevo account - after it was chosen by the video platform for a national campaign.
The company clearly has good taste: a mixture of Biffy-esque crunchy riffage, emotional, gritty vocals and driving rhythm combine to create an explosive slice of Brit-rock.
New City Kings formed last year in Brentwood, Essex, releasing material on the BAM Records label.
