Nate Albert named EVP A&R at Capitol Records

Mighty Mighty Bosstones co-founder Nate Albert has been named EVP A&R for Capitol Records, and will report to Capitol Music Group (CMG) president and Universal Music Group (UMG) executive vice president of creative/special projects Ashley Newton.

Albert will sign and develop artists for the company, as well as oversee recording projects for new and established Capitol artists. He is based in Hollywood in the company’s Capitol Records Tower.
