Ofcom gets busy on DEA submissions

UK Music, the BPI and ISPA all entered their views on the draft initial obligation code on the closing date of the three month consultation last Friday and Ofcom has now seen more than 100 other responses which cover a vast range of views and opinions.

Talk Talk, for example, slates Ofcom for suggesting that subscribers are in some way legallyresponsible for infringement in it is carried out by another person on their connection.
