Independent rights management firm ole has announced that Jennifer Essiembre has been promoted to senior manager of creative.

Essiembre (pictured) will be responsible for overseeing creative operations for ole’s pop/urban division, working closely with ole VP of business development David Weitzman and the company’s label services team in Los Angeles.
