Andrew Keller appointed vice president of A&R at Capitol Records

Andrew Keller has been named vice president, A&R for Capitol Records, it was announced today by Capitol Music Group (CMG) Chief Operating Officer Michelle Jubelirer. In his new position, Keller will sign and develop artists for the company, as well as oversee recording projects for new and established Capitol artists.  He is based in New York.
