T organiser vows major improvements

T in the Park plans to radically overhaul its traffic and security arrangements following the issues that marred its debut in Strathallan Castle last year. Promoter DF Concerts was heavily criticised over the failings and the festival can only go ahead if it secures a public entertainment licence from Perth and Kinross Council.
