Parlophone refuses to join Google Play cloud service - report

Parlophone has reportedly refused to sign up to Google’s new cloud-based streaming service Google Play, saying that it offers no obvious benefit to its artists.

The service allows customers to take music they have downloaded on their computer and back it up in Google’s internet-based “cloud”, so they can then access it anywhere they go.
