Universal’s Caroline International has appointed Dominic Louth as head of digital marketing.
Based in London, Louth will be responsible for managing and coordinating all of Caroline International’s digital campaigns for the releases of its artist and label partners. He took up this new role at the start of January and reports jointly to Caroline’s UK label manager Emma Greengrass and head of international Ed Scott.
Louth joins Caroline International from Warner Music’s Parlophone Records where he was digital media manager.
