This year’s BRIT Awards ceremony was pretty slick. No slip-ups, stage storming, soaked politicians, swearing or wardrobe malfunctions – zero surprises.

Though many enjoyed the night itself, Ben Howard’s win, Emeli Sande’s faultless performance, Taylor Swift’s all singing-all-dancing rendition of her latest single and of course Justin Timberlake’s comeback there was little – if any – rock and roll.
