Yesterday brought the long awaited news that the Parlophone Label Group has been sold.
Warner bought the collection comprised of the Parlophone, Chrysalis and Ensign labels as well as EMI’s recorded music operations in Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia and Sweden for £487m.
