YouTube multi-channel network PopShack is re-branding as Instrumental.
The company focuses on the discovery and development of artists emerging in the social media space and has a talent network that reaches 50m+ 13-24-year-olds every month.
In May it was revealed that former chairman and CEO of MTV Networks International Bill Roedy had invested in the network, while Michael Tobin OBE was appointed non-executive director in June.
