PRS for Music, which represents over 100,000 songwriters, composers and publishers, has confirmed the appointment of its new commercial director, Paul Clements, and executive director of membership and international, Karen Buse. 

Paul Clements joined PRS for Music in 1996 and has extensive experience across the company having worked in member services, IT, recorded media and most recently as the director of public performance sales. As commercial director, Paul will now oversee all of PRS for Music’s licensing activity.
