PRS for Music is to review the way it licenses ticketed live popular music events such as concerts and festivals.
During an eight week consultation, PRS' Popular Music Concerts Tariff (‘Tariff LP’) will be subject to scrutiny by PRS' customers and members, to ensure it is "simple, efficient, fit for purpose - and recognises the valuable contribution our songwriters and publishers make to the live music industry," said Paul Clements (pictured), commercial director, PRS for Music.
