PRS for Music revenues up 1% in 2014 to £664m

Combined PRS and MCPS royalty income hit £664.3 million in 2014 - up 1% year-on-year on a constant currency basis.

The revenue includes international, public performance, TV and radio, online and recorded media.

This growth was achieved with a cost to revenue ratio of 11.4%, one of the lowest rates in the world, according to PRS for Music.

£188.2 million in royalties was collected by PRS for Music from overseas markets.
