Chris Moyles' Radio 1 Breakfast Show dropped to below 7m listeners in Q2 2012 - the DJ's lowest audience for more than five years.
According to the latest Rajar figures for the three months to June 30, Moyles pulled in 6.93m listeners, down on both the 7.1m he posted a quarter before, and the 7.44m recorded a year before.
Overall his show was down 6.9%, or 510,000 listeners, year-on-year.
It is the first time since Q4 2006 that Moyles' ratings have slipped to under 7m.
Moyles will be leaving the Breakfast slot in September to be replaced by Nick Grimshaw.
Radio 2’s Chris Evans breakfast show grew year-on year from 8.67m to 8.95m in Q2, although it was down from 9.23m recorded in Q1 2012.
Elsewhere, Christian O’Connoll on Absolute’s radio audience jumped up to 1.42m from 1.23m a quarter before.
Classic FM’s breakfast show hit 1.7m, whilst Kiss FM’s fell slightly to 1.56m.
