Rob Wells takes seat on Universal Music Board
Universal Music Group (UMG) has appointed Rob Wells, president of global digital business, to serve on its Executive Board.
Wells, who is based at the company’s Santa Monica, California headquarters, will continue to report to Lucian Grainge, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UMG.
Wells has served as UMG’s president of global digital business since October 2010. Prior to that, he was SVP of Universal’s international division.
