Chief creative officer and executive vice president of Virgin Records, Ron Fair, has reportedly left his role.
Billboard sources suggest that the exec has left his post, having been hired by Capitol Music Group in January 2013 to rebuild Virgin across all contemporary music genres.
During his short tenure, the label has seen success with Bastille and 30 Seconds To Mars, amongst others.
